The purpose of this association is to be a vehicle for Nottingham residents to join together to leverage their negotiating power with oil and gas production companies and to make best efforts to negotiate favorable lease terms for Nottingham residents. Each property owner retains full authority over their property and retains the right to enter into or to decline any oil and gas lease aggreement.
