Welcome to Nottingham Estates Grand Prairie, TX

Welcome to the Nottingham Estates Community home page. We are a community of about 525 families located in north Grand Prairie, south of the Dallas/Fort Worth airport, and east of the City of Arlington.  Our neighborhood was built in a secluded post oak forest north of Johnson Creek where Carrier Parkway transitions from N-S to E-W.

Nottingham has an informal owners' social club called Nottingham Neighbors. It organizes annual events that bring familes and neighbors together.  Instead of typical Home Owners Association dues approaching a mandatory $500 per year, Nottingham Neighbors offers optional membership at just $10.  Over half of the households in Nottingham Estates are members of Nottingham Neighbors.
